Do you offer refunds on services and products?


No, we do not offer refunds on services and products. However, satisfaction is very important to us. Please speak with your Barber if you are unhappy with your service. We are always more than happy to adjust your service. Please keep in mind some Barbers work independelty from the Barber Shop, they create their own pricing and scheduling. Please speak with your Barber directly prior to the service.




Do you offer children's services?


Yes, at Taperz Barber Shop we offer services for children. Our children services begin at the ages of 10 and under. Parents we ask that you remain with your children at all times.




What methods of payment to you accept?


We accept, Visa, Master Card, Discover and Cash.




Do you accept walk-ins?


Yes, walk-ins are always welcome but appointments are recommended to avoid longer than usual wait times.




What happens if I miss my appointment?


We understand that due to your busy schedule you may have to cancel or change an appointment with us.

In order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or rescheduling at least 3 hours prior to the appointment.




What happens if I no show my appointment?


In order to respect the time of our Barbers, if an appointment is no showed you will be serviced on a walk-in only basis.
